CONSTRAINTS
1. Every activity gets a duration, and the durations must sum to the lesson length.
2. State the learning objective as something observable, not "understand X".
3. Include one check for understanding before the halfway point.
4. Provide differentiation: what to do for students who finish early and for those
who are stuck.
5. Include a fallback if an activity fails or the technology does not work.
6. Only use the resources listed. Do not assume anything else is available.

Why this prompt works
- Durations must sum
- Generated lesson plans routinely contain 75 minutes of activity for a 50 minute lesson. Requiring the arithmetic makes it usable.
- Observable objective
- "Understand fractions" cannot be assessed. "Convert an improper fraction to a mixed number" can.
- Fallback required
- Something always fails. A plan with no plan B is a plan that becomes improvisation.
- Resources as a closed set
- Prevents plans that assume a visualiser, tablets, or a printer you do not have.
