What to replace

PlaceholderWhat to put there
{{age_and_build}}e.g. "elderly, wiry".
{{character}}Who they are — role or archetype.
{{clothing}}Specific garments, materials, condition.
{{distinguishing_feature}}The one detail that makes them recognisable across images.
{{expression_and_pose}}What their face and body are doing.
{{environment}}Where they are, briefly.
{{framing}}e.g. "full body, three-quarter turn".
{{lighting}}e.g. "low-key rim light".
{{art_style}}Describe it rather than naming a living artist.
{{aspect_ratio}}e.g. 2:3 for a character sheet.
{{seed}}Fix this to keep the character consistent across images.

Why this prompt works

One distinguishing feature
Character consistency across a set comes from a single strong recognisable detail far more reliably than from a long description.
Seed fixed
Makes generation reproducible, which is the only way to change one term and see whether it improved anything.
Style described, not attributed
Describing the visual qualities is more precise than naming a living artist, and avoids the ethical question entirely.
